Randi Harlev is a consultant for English Language Teaching. She works with publishers of print and online ELT materials in instructional design and development, and writes and edits materials for fun. She brings to ELT Consult over 30 years of experience in the worlds of publishing, EFL teaching, teacher training and professional development. Her research for both her MA and her PhD focuses on the effects of the underlying, basic assumptions people bring with them into the classroom and into work in general, helping her to better understand the needs of her clients and the educational world in which they live.
